• Reservations for this plan will be confirmed only after we have received your preferred date and time. Please contact our Reservation Desk in advance to confirm availability.
• One seat is required for passengers aged 3 and older.
• Additional services not included in the above plans are not included in the above plans and are at the expense of the passenger.
• Smoking is not permitted on board, in the transportation vehicle, or in the cabin.
• Please refrain from consuming alcohol in the pick-up and drop-off vehicles.
• Please refrain from taking photographs during takeoff and landing.
• Departure time, flight course, and flight time may be subject to change due to weather and climate conditions on the day of the flight.
• Helicopter rides are subject to weather conditions. In the unlikely event that the helicopter cannot be operated due to inclement weather, we will provide an alternative means of transportation. If the helicopter is cancelled, the applicable helicopter fee will be refunded.
• Final information on the charter aircraft will be communicated around 4:00 p.m. on the day before departure.
• Flight times are approximate and may vary depending on passenger weight, total baggage weight, and weather conditions.
• Only carry-on baggage is allowed on board, and all checked baggage must be placed in the cargo hold. (The cargo compartment is not pressurized, so electronic and other sensitive equipment must be carried on board.) Please bring any baggage you will need during the flight into the aircraft before boarding, as access to the cargo hold is not available during the flight,
• We provide travel insurance for this tour. For details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions on the reservation page. In addition, we also have aircraft insurance. We recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance, as there is a maximum limit.

Comprehensive third-party/passenger liability insurance (coverage amount): ¥2,000 million
Comprehensive insurance that applies to passengers and persons harmed on the ground, as well as buildings and facilities damaged on the ground, in the event of an accident.

Comprehensive insurance for rescuer's expenses (coverage amount): 10 million yen
This insurance covers expenses incurred for rescuing passengers and their family members in the event of an accident, as well as transportation expenses.

Cargo Liability Insurance (coverage amount): 150,000 yen
In the event of accidental loss, damage, defacement or theft of baggage checked by passengers, the insurance amount will be paid per piece of baggage depending on the contents.
