• Reservations for this plan are confirmed after we have confirmed your preferred date and time, so if you wish to make a reservation, please contact our reservation desk in advance to check availability.
• Children aged 3 and older require one seat.
• Any charges for additional services not included in the above plan will be billed separately to the customer.
• Smoking is prohibited on the aircraft, in the shuttle vehicle, and in the hotel rooms.
• Please refrain from consuming alcohol inside the shuttle vehicle.
• Please refrain from taking photos during takeoff and landing.
• Depending on the weather and other conditions on the day of the flight, we may need to discuss changes to the departure time, flight route, or flight duration.
• We will provide final details regarding the charter flight around 4:00 PM on the day before departure.
• Flight times are approximate and may vary depending on the total weight of passengers and luggage, as well as weather conditions.
• Only carry-on luggage is permitted in the cabin; all checked baggage will be stored in the cargo hold.(Since the cargo hold is not pressurized, please bring electronic devices and other sensitive equipment into the cabin.) As access to the cargo hold is not possible during flight, please bring any items you will need during the flight into the cabin before boarding.
• If you wish to have golf bags loaded, please notify us in advance. (Up to 4 bags can be loaded.)
  

Our company has arranged travel insurance for this tour. Please refer to the Terms of Use on the reservation page for details. In addition, we have arranged aircraft insurance. As there is a coverage limit, we recommend that you purchase your own travel accident insurance.

This is a comprehensive insurance policy that applies to passengers, individuals on the ground who suffer damage, and buildings or facilities on the ground that sustain damage in the event of an accident.

This insurance covers expenses incurred for search and rescue operations, as well as travel expenses for the passengers’ families, in the event of an accident.
