The chartered private jet will be a Citation CJ2+ (departing from/arriving at Haneda/Kobe Airport, maximum of 6 passengers). Because you will not be sharing the aircraft with anyone else, you can travel from Tokyo to Matsumoto in privacy and peace of mind without worrying about threats such as COVID-19, terrorism, or hijacking. Passengers will pass through a designated route and will not be required to go through baggage and security checks. Upon arrival at the airport, passengers are escorted to their aircraft in approximately 20 minutes. At Matsumoto Airport, a Myojinkan pick-up service car will be waiting for you at the side of the private jet. Upon arrival, you will be able to go directly from jet to car serviced by Myojinkan (and will be taken back to Matsumoto airport by the same car).

Myojinkan is located in a valley at an altitude of 1,050 meters, only about 30 minutes by car from downtown Matsumoto. In the coming season, the salon will be decorated for Halloween in October, Christmas in December, and New Year's, Valentine's Day, and White Day from January to March, with special menus and dishes.

The private jet chartered for this tour will be a Citation CJ2+ aircraft (departing from/arriving at Haneda/Kobe Airport, maximum of 6 passengers).

The private jet do not share the aircraft with anyone else, so you can travel to Matsumoto in privacy and peace of mind without worrying about threats such as COVID-19, terrorism, or hijacking. No time is required for baggage and security checks through a special route. Leather seats are for your comfort and relaxation. There is also a fold-out table where you can enjoy your own refreshments. Upon arrival at the airport, passengers will be escorted to their aircraft in approximately 30 minutes before departure.

At Matsumoto Airport, a private pick-up car will be waiting for you. Upon arrival, a car will take you to Myojinkan (the same car will take you back to Matsumoto Airport on your return).

There is a dedicated boarding route for private jet passenger. The meeting time at each airport is approximately 15 minutes before departure time. For Haneda Airport, please meet at a location near Tokyo Monorail Seibijo Station. (Address: 1-5-5 Haneda Airport, Ota-ku, Tokyo)

Upon your arrival at the meeting point, you will go through security inspection and a private car will take you to the side of the aircraft. If you come by your own car, you can park it in the parking lot. (If you are coming by car with a hired driver or a chauffeur service, it is possible to use the car to go to the aircraft with prior application. Please contact us in advance if you wish to use this service.

Tobira Onsen Myojinkan opened in June 1931, and will celebrate its 90th anniversary in June 2021.

The best feature of the hotel is that it is a one-house inn located in a national park. The 1/f fluctuation played by the door forest and the chemical substance phytoncide emitted by the trees.
The life force of this forest provides the most healing for our guests.
While listening to the 1/f fluctuation of nature and feeling the phytoncide, you will further liberate your body in the hot springs.

In the restaurant, we value the sense of the land and focus on the vegetables grown in the area.

The ingredients grown by the earth are full of a vigor that you will not find in the city.

These concentrated natural flavors are the gems of gastronomy evolved in our cuisine.

The guest rooms provided for this tour are "Shirakaba", "Yamashina", and "Otakato (Western-style room/Japanese-style room)". Our Japanese and French chefs will prepare a variety of dishes using seasonal ingredients and paying close attention to details. Please note that the dining place and menu may differ from the usual when accompanied by children.

SHIRAKABA

Shirakaba is the largest luxury room in Myojinkan, where when you wake up in the morning, you can raise the electric blinds from your bed and the beautiful colors of the mountains at the door make your awakening exceptional.

The new guest room "ZEN Shirakaba" was born in April 2019. Experience as if you are spending time in the eternal nature, calm and more luxurious. You can spend an extraordinary time in comfort in a refined and warm space.

Room size: 107㎡ + terrace 53㎡ (open-air bath on the terrace)

There is no TV in the room.
The bed is a king bed (can be changed to a Hollywood twin upon request).
All rooms are non-smoking.

You can choose from two restaurants to suit the purpose and style of your stay, and enjoy the unique taste of the spirit of local production for local consumption. In an extraordinary setting surrounded by the beautiful nature of Tobira Onsen, enjoy special French cuisine prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail, using an abundance of seasonal ingredients and flavors loved by the local people.

Normally we offer one French and one Japanese meal, but if you wish, you can choose to have only French or only Japanese.

The trip price varies depending on the date of reservation and departure date. The date of reservation is the date when the travel contract is concluded (date of receipt of the tour fee and issuance of the reservation confirmation). For preschool children, a discount price of 60,000 yen (including tax) per person per night will be offered for Shirakaba and 25,000 yen (including tax) per person per night for Yamashina and Otaka.

Check-in time for Myojinkan is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m.

Smoking is not permitted on board, in the transportation vehicle, or in the room. Please refrain from consuming alcohol in the shuttle.

Please refrain from taking photographs during takeoff and landing.

Departure time, flight course, and flight time may be subject to change due to weather and climate conditions on the day of departure.

Final information on the charter aircraft will be provided around 4:00 p.m. on the day before departure.

Flight times are approximate and may vary depending on the passenger's weight, total baggage weight, weather conditions, etc.

Only carry-on baggage is allowed on board, and all checked baggage must be placed in the cargo hold. (The cargo compartment is not pressurized, so electronic and other sensitive equipment must be carried on board.) Please bring any baggage you will need during the flight into the aircraft before boarding, as access to the cargo hold is not available during the flight.

If you wish to carry a golf bag, please let us know in advance. (Up to 4 golf bags can be carried on board.)

We will plan and conduct our organized tours in compliance with the Guidelines for the Response to the New Type of Coronavirus in the Travel Agency. Therefore, in order to ensure the safety of your trip, we may ask you about your physical condition, and even on the day of the start of your trip, we may not be able to depart depending on your physical condition (subject to the prescribed cancellation fee).
