Notes

• Reservations for this plan will be confirmed only after we have received your preferred dates. Please contact our Reservation Desk in advance for availability.
• Additional service charges other than those in the above plans are to be borne separately by the customer.
• Guests under 13 years of age are not allowed to stay at the hotel.
• sankara hotel&spa Yakushima has a check-in time of 3pm and check-out time of 12pm.
• Smoking is prohibited on board the aircraft, in the transfer vehicle, and in the cabin (inside Haneda Airport).
• Please refrain from taking pictures during takeoff and landing.
• Please note that we may request or consult with you regarding changes in departure time, flight course, or flight duration, depending on weather and other conditions on the day of the flight.
• Final information on the charter aircraft will be communicated at around 4:00 p.m. on the day before departure.
  
  
• Flight times are approximate and may vary depending on passenger weight, total baggage weight, weather conditions, etc.
  Only carry-on baggage is allowed on board, and all checked baggage must be placed in the cargo hold. (The cargo compartment is not pressurized, so electronic and other sensitive equipment must be carried on board.) Please bring any baggage you will need for the duration of the flight into the aircraft prior to boarding.

We carry travel insurance for our tours. For details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions on the reservation page. In addition, we also have aircraft insurance (*see below). We recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance, as there is a maximum limit.

The private jets operated by the company are covered by the following insurance

Death and permanent disability insurance amount: 50,000 thousand yen (per person)
Daily medical insurance benefit: ¥20,000 (per person)

In the event of an accident, this insurance covers the passenger in the event of death or injury that requires hospital treatment. In the event of permanent disability, a portion of the amount of death insurance will be paid according to the severity of the disability.

In the event of an accident, this insurance covers expenses incurred for rescue and transportation of the passenger's family members.

 In the event of accidental loss, damage, defacement, or theft of checked baggage by a passenger, the amount insured will be paid per piece of baggage, depending on the nature of the loss, damage, defacement, loss, or theft.
